NurturHer Team

With over 14 years as a CRNA and 17 as a nurse, Ericka blends medical expertise with a passion for aesthetics to help clients look and feel their best. Her own transformation journey allows her to connect deeply with patients and translate what she sees into confidence through the needle.
Focused on regenerative aesthetics, she believes in using the body’s natural power to slow aging. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all—blending science with intuition (and a touch of creativity from her love of baking!). Her favorite area to treat? Tear troughs.
A natural entrepreneur, Ericka built NurturHer from a dream into a trusted, heart-led brand. She also trains other providers in advanced techniques like regenerative injections, Radiesse, and nerve blocks—offering hands-on learning beyond the textbooks.
Fun fact: She hums while she injects.
Outside of NurturHer, she enjoys baking, shopping, crafting, and spending time with her husband Ryan and daughter Eloise.

Nikki has been a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2015 and a nurse since 2010. Her strong medical background makes her an exceptional aesthetic provider and a true asset to NurturHer clients. Each visit includes a thorough assessment—she can diagnose and prescribe as needed to ensure safe, optimal results. (Fun fact: She’s even identified urgent medical conditions before treatments!)
Nikki takes a whole-body approach to helping clients look and feel their best. She also leads NurturHer’s highly sought-after weight management program, often booked weeks in advance. Nikki’s favorite services to get are tox, filler, weight management and Moxi. Her favorite service to perform is lip filler. She loves a challenge and loves the immediacy of it! She also loves to do micro needles and Halos because they are like fertilizer for the skin.
Weird fact: Nikki lives by her calendar reminders and loves inventory day at the start of each month!
Outside of NurturHer, she enjoys more work, spreadsheets, building mini houses and spending time with her husband Ryan and daughters Lily and Raleigh.

Allison Rauscher brings a diverse clinical background in OB/GYN and Transplant nursing to her role as an aesthetic nurse injector at NH. Her experience caring for women across all stages of life shapes her thoughtful, safety-first, and highly personalized approach to aesthetics.
Allison specializes in delivering natural, confidence-boosting cosmetic treatments while intentionally bridging the gap between women’s health and aesthetics. She is particularly interested in addressing skin and aging concerns related to hormonal changes, reproductive health, and life transitions, creating treatment plans that support both beauty and overall well-being.
Her aesthetic philosophy centers on subtle enhancement, facial balance, and long-term skin health, guided by a holistic lens. In addition to evidence-based aesthetic techniques and medical-grade products, Allison incorporates education around nutrition, menstrual cycle awareness, lifestyle factors, and preventative care to help clients achieve results that last beyond the treatment chair. Her favorite treatment to perform is a half lip for a subtle, natural result.
Allison is proud to be part of the NH team and to serve clients throughout the greater Madison area, helping women feel informed, supported, and confident in their skin. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Jaden began her journey as an esthetician in 2021 with a passion for holistic skincare, specializing in relaxation-focused, mindful facials that nurturHER both skin and spirit.
Since then, she has blossomed into the medical aesthetics world, where she loves combining corrective treatments with the calming, personalized experience her clients know and love. Her goal is to help every client achieve healthy, confident skin while creating a space where they can truly unwind.
Outside of the treatment room, you'll usually find Jaden soaking up time in nature (while staying faithful to my SPF, of course!) or cuddling with her two cats, who have completely stolen her heart. She is always keeping up with the latest advancements, techniques, and education so she can provide her clients with the best possible care. Taking care of others is what inspires Jaden, and there is nothing more rewarding than helping her clients reach their skincare goals while feeling supported, relaxed, and cared for every step of the way.

Lauren’s love for fashion started in college when she launched her own company selling preloved and upcycled designer pieces. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into a full-blown passion—and a very full closet!
A self-proclaimed list enthusiast, Lauren keeps a 50+ page Google Doc tracking everything in her life. When she’s not working or making lists, you’ll find her exploring Madison’s food scene—favorites include Mint Mark, L’Etoile, and her Sunday tradition of Gotham Bagels and a vanilla oat milk latte from Bradbury’s.Her favorite “store”? Whole Foods (for daily sweet treats).
At home, she’s surrounded by her beloved pets—dogs Marge and Louis, cat Eloise—and husband Steven. She’s also a lifelong equestrian who competes with American Saddlebreds.
Victoria is a certified Medical Assistant. Victoria is from Venezuela and has been a medical assistant for 2.5 years. She is currently pursuing a degree in psychology. She is great at numbing patients before lasers, and loves to help patients minimize their pain before these laser procedures.
Her favorite skincare products are the Colorescience Flex Sunscreen and the Blush Balm in Berry. Her favorite services are BBL and microneedling. You might find her at her favorite spot in Madison - The Terrace at Memorial Union watching the sunset! At home, she has two adorable cats (Simba and Tommy).
Marian is a certified Medical Assistant. She is from Venezuela and has been an MA for six years. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing. She is passionate about patient care and helping people feel confident and cared for during their visits.
Her favorite skincare products are Colorescience Total Eye and Colorescience Blush in Pink Sky. Her favorite service are tox and Hydrafacials. You might find her trying new coffee shops and watching sunsets around Madison. At home, she has two dogs (Maddie and Tommy).
